How MinutesGenerator handles recordings, transcripts, and translated minutes.

Written by Max Sherman

MinutesGenerator can process many meeting languages. The exact result depends on the clarity of the recording, speaker overlap, background noise, and the language used in the source file.

  1. Open the dashboard and upload or record the meeting.

  2. If the meeting is in another language, review the generated transcript carefully for names, places, and technical terms.

  3. Use Names and special terms in Account settings before future uploads to improve recognition of names, acronyms, and local terminology.

  4. Review the generated minutes in the editor and make final corrections before export.

  5. If you need the minutes translated, use Regenerate and explain the target language, such as “Translate these minutes to Spanish.”

  6. Review the translated version before sharing it as an official record.

For official or legal minutes, always have a qualified reviewer check the final language and terminology.
