Change your default template

Choose the template MinutesGenerator uses for your future generated minutes.

Your default template controls the format MinutesGenerator uses when creating new minutes from your account.

  1. Open Templates.

  2. Review the built-in templates and any custom templates you have uploaded.

  3. Click the template you want to use.

  4. Click Select Template or the template selection control shown on the template card.

  5. Confirm that the selected badge moves to the template you chose.

  6. Return to the dashboard and start your next upload or recording.

The selected template applies to future generated minutes from your account. It does not rewrite minutes that have already been created, so update the template before uploading the next meeting.

If you are part of a team, templates are still user-specific. A teammate will not automatically see or use templates uploaded in your account.
