Generated minutes should be reviewed before you export them. The editor shows the transcript on the left and the minutes document on the right.
Rewrite the whole draft with Regenerate
Use Regenerate when you want to change the overall tone, wording, length, level of detail, structure, or language across the entire minutes draft.
Open the meeting and click Regenerate above the Minutes editor.
Describe the change you want. For example: “Rewrite these minutes in a more formal, professional tone while preserving all names, motions, votes, decisions, dates, and action items.”
Click Regenerate. MinutesGenerator creates a new version that you can review and compare with the earlier version.
For isolated corrections, edit the document directly. To use the same style across future meetings, create a custom template.
Edit individual details
Open the dashboard.
Select the meeting you want to review.
Use the transcript panel to verify wording and timestamps when needed. Speaker labels in the transcript are optional; correct them only when attribution matters for your record.
Edit the minutes directly in the document panel. Fill in highlighted placeholders such as meeting date, time, body, attendees, and vote results.
Use the toolbar to format headings, lists, tables, bold text, or other final document details.
When the document is ready, click Export.
Keep edits focused on the final record: official names, motions, attendance, decisions, and required local formatting. You can export minutes without cleaning up every transcript speaker label.
