MinutesGenerator turns meeting audio, video, transcripts, documents, and readable images into editable meeting minutes.
Open the MinutesGenerator dashboard.
Choose Upload Media File if you already have audio, video, a transcript, a Word document, a text file, or an image.
Choose Record Audio if you want to capture the meeting directly in MinutesGenerator.
Add an agenda when you have one. Agenda upload is optional, but recommended because it gives MinutesGenerator meeting structure, names, headings, and context.
After generation finishes, review the transcript and minutes side by side, make final edits, then export the minutes or transcript.
Most users follow this path: choose or create a template, upload or record the meeting with an agenda, review the generated minutes, then export the final document.
