Every MinutesGenerator plan comes with a fixed number of credits. These credits renew each month. But what if you use all your credits before renewal?
In this case, you have three options:
Wait until the renewal date.
Upgrade to the next plan (for example Basic plan to Pro plan)
Buy a one-time credit pack
Upgrading to the next plan will give you that plan's credit amount immediately. For example, upgrading from Basic to Pro will give you 1200 credits. This is a great option if you consistently write a lot of minutes every month (the Pro plan will give you 1200 credits every month).
One-time credit packs can be purchased to give you credits for 1, 2, 3, or 4 additional hours of uploads. They do not change your plan. The number of credits you receive when your plan renews will be the same (300 on Basic, 1200 on Pro). This is great for when you have a one-off increase in meetings, and simply need a few extra credits in a month.
