MinutesGenerator has a built-in recorder that you can use to capture audio. This is perfect for you if:

  1. You attend a meeting in person, and need to record it.

  2. You attend a meeting over a video call software (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.) but these meetings are not recorded.

To start a recording of a meeting, do this:

  1. Click the "Record Audio" button

  2. You will be asked for permission to use the microphone. Click "Allow".

  3. Your recording will start

  4. When the meeting is over, click "Stop" to finish the recording

  5. Minutes and a transcript will be generated from your recording automatically

The recorder is designed to prevent your phone from going to sleep. On iOS if you lock your phone, the recording will continue. On Android this will stop the recording.
