Clicking the link will take you to the website so you can proceed to the next step in this guide.
Can't find the email we sent you?
Try searching "MinutesGenerator" in your email. If this doesn't work, then check your spam folder. If the email isn't there, then you can sign in with your email at MinutesGenerator.com/sign-in
2. Add a shortcut to your home screen
Now that you're signed in, we strongly recommend adding a shortcut to your home screen. This guarantees you can get back to the website when you need to.
It will take less than 60 seconds, and you only need to do it once.

When that's done, continue on to the next step below.
3. Upload a meeting recording
When you click the link in your email, you will see the screen in the image below:
You need a recording of the meeting you want meeting minutes for. The recording can be an audio file, video file, or text transcript.

4. Get a transcript and meeting minutes
After you select your meeting recording, we will do the rest. Wait a few minutes for our system to process the recording. Then you will see a transcript of your meeting like in the image below:
Once the transcript is shown, you can generate meeting minutes. Click the button at the bottom of the screen labeled "Get minutes".
You will see a screen with a button "Get your minutes".
Click "Get your minutes", and we will generate your meeting minutes:
5. Download your meeting minutes
To download your newly generated minutes, you can click the button "Export to Word" at the top of the screen. This will download a Word document with the same contents and formatting as the minutes shown on the screen.
This is your deliverable, and you can make any additional edits to this document on your own, and send it where it needs to go.
To download the transcript, click the the "Transcript" button at the bottom of the screen. This will show the transcript again, and you can click the same "Export to Word" button to download just the transcript.
6. You're done!
This is the core workflow of MinutesGenerator.com and will work for most people.
You can revisit and download your minutes and transcript by clicking on the "Past meetings" button at the bottom of the screen, and selecting the meeting you need.
