We work hard to make the service reliable, but issues can sometimes happen. When a job fails, we do not deduct credits.
The easiest fix: If a job fails, retry your upload.
If retrying doesn't work, then below are some common failure types and how to fix them.
Your internet is slow or unreliable, and the upload could not complete.
To fix: use a faster internet connection.
The uploaded file was not an audio, video, Word, or text file.
To fix: upload the correct file.
You have an Adblocker, or other Chrome extension that stops the upload.
To fix: disable your extensions. Or use Chrome's "incognito mode" (which disables extensions).
You are on a corporate network with a firewall that stops the upload.
To fix: talk to your IT department, or upload the file on a different network.
The meeting recording is corrupted, or can't play back correctly.
To fix: Re-export your recording and retry the upload. Confirm the recording can be played correctly in a media player.
