After reviewing the generated minutes, use the export menu to download the final document or transcript.
Open the meeting from the dashboard.
Review the transcript and edit the minutes until the document is ready.
Click Export in the top-right corner of the editor.
Under Minutes, choose Word, PDF, ODT, or Copy minutes.
Under Transcript, choose Word, PDF, ODT, or Copy transcript.
Open the downloaded file and do one final check before sharing or filing it.
Use Word when you expect more formatting changes after export. Use PDF when the document is ready to share as a read-only version.
How Word Page Layout affects exports
If the meeting's assigned template has a Word Page Layout, Word and PDF exports can include its headers, footers, logos, page numbers, gutter line numbers, paper size, margins, and borders. These export-only features are not shown in the minutes editor.
New minutes use the exact template and Page Layout revision assigned when they are generated. Changing your default template or replacing its layout affects future minutes and does not silently restyle historical documents.
For older minutes created before Page Layout revisions were recorded, MinutesGenerator uses the current Page Layout attached to the template stored on those minutes. It does not use whichever template is currently selected as your default.
If an expected header, footer, or line number is missing, confirm that the meeting uses the custom template that owns the Word Page Layout, then export the document again.
