How to request or make a lower billing change when available.

The way to reduce or downgrade billing depends on your account setup.

  1. If your account has self-serve billing, use the available change, pause, cancel, or downgrade option shown on that page.

  2. If your account is part of a team or contract, ask your team admin or billing contact before making changes.

  3. Before reducing usage capacity, export any minutes or transcripts you need from the dashboard.

  4. If you are not sure which option applies, message support with the email address on your account and your team name.

The Help Center avoids fixed downgrade instructions because the correct path can differ by customer.
