Pause, cancel, or change billing when available

How to find cancellation or billing-change options for your account.

The billing options available to you depend on how your MinutesGenerator account is set up.

  1. Review the actions shown on the page. If your account supports self-serve billing, the available change, pause, cancel, renew, or payment options will appear there.

  2. If you are part of a team or contract, billing may be managed outside your individual account. In that case, ask your team admin or billing contact before making changes.

  3. Before canceling or reducing usage, export any minutes or transcripts you need from the dashboard.

  4. If you cannot find the right option, message support from the app and include the email address on your account and your team name.

The Help Center does not list fixed pricing, plan names, or cancellation behavior because those details vary by customer and account setup.
