Review what billing changes are available for your MinutesGenerator account or team.

The billing changes available to you depend on how your MinutesGenerator account is set up.

  1. If your account supports self-serve billing, review the change, renew, pause, cancel, or payment options shown there.

  2. If you are part of a team, billing changes may not be available inside every team member’s individual account.

  3. For team billing, ask your team admin or billing contact, or message support before creating a new account or changing usage.

  4. If an upload is blocked because your account or team needs more usage capacity, include the meeting length, file type, and team name when contacting support.

Use the billing page as the source of truth for the options available to your account.
