Billing options vary by account

Billing controls and invoices can vary by account, team, or contract.

MinutesGenerator accounts can be billed in different ways. Some long-time customers have legacy self-serve billing, while many teams use account-specific billing handled through a billing contact or contract.

  1. Review only the options shown on your account. If self-serve billing applies, the available actions will appear there.

  2. If you are part of a team, uploads may use the team’s shared credit pool even if billing controls are only visible to the original subscriber or billing contact.

  3. If billing is managed for your team, ask your team admin or billing contact before making changes.

  4. If you are unsure which setup applies, message support from inside MinutesGenerator with your account email and team name.

Because billing can vary by customer, the Help Center does not list fixed plan names, prices, monthly credit amounts, or contract terms.
