What happens to credits after billing changes

Understand what may happen to credits when billing changes for an individual account or team.

Some MinutesGenerator accounts show a credit balance. If you are part of a team, uploads from team members can use the team’s shared credit pool.

  1. If your account shows credits, review the balance and any available billing actions on that page.

  2. If you are considering a billing change, export any finished minutes or transcripts from the dashboard first.

  3. If you are part of a team, ask your team admin or billing contact how usage is managed before changing anything in your individual account.

  4. If the credit balance or billing options are unclear, message support with your account email and team name.

Because billing and usage rules can differ by customer, the Help Center does not promise a single credit policy for every account.
