Open MinutesGenerator and click Get help or the Messenger button in the lower-right corner.
Choose to send support a message.
Include the email address on your account, your team name if applicable, and the approximate billing date.
Briefly explain what happened and what you are requesting.
If the request is related to a failed upload or poor output, include the meeting name, file type, meeting length, and what went wrong.
Wait for support to review the account and respond with the next step.
If your account is managed through a team or contract, the team billing contact may need to be involved.
