Most stuck or failed jobs can be handled by retrying the upload with a clean source file and a stable connection.
Open the dashboard.
Check whether the meeting finished, failed, or is still processing.
If the job failed, retry the upload. Failed jobs should not be treated as finished minutes.
Confirm that the source file opens and plays correctly on your computer before uploading again.
If the upload itself fails, try a faster network, disable browser extensions that block uploads, or use an incognito/private browser window.
If the source is a document, transcript, or image, confirm the file is readable and remove unrelated pages.
If retrying does not work, message support with your account email, file type, meeting length, meeting name, and what happened.
If you have an agenda, upload it again with the retry so the regenerated minutes still have the correct meeting context.
