Deleting your account is permanent. Only delete it if you are sure you will not need your files, transcripts, minutes, templates, transcription terms, or account history.
Export any minutes or transcripts you need from the dashboard.
Open Security settings.
Find the account deletion section.
Click Delete account.
Follow the confirmation steps shown on screen.
If your account belongs to a team, deleting your individual account does not delete another teammate’s uploads, templates, or account. It also may not change team billing or the shared team credit pool. Ask your team admin or contact support first if you are unsure.
If you only want to change billing, do not delete your account. Open Billing settings or contact support instead.
