Delete a meeting or recording

Delete a meeting or recording from your MinutesGenerator dashboard.

Use deletion carefully. Removing a meeting or recording can remove the file, transcript, and generated minutes from your account.

  1. Open the dashboard.

  2. Find the meeting in the left-side list.

  3. Open the meeting’s options menu. On desktop, this usually appears when you hover over or select the meeting.

  4. Choose Delete.

  5. Confirm the deletion only after you have exported any minutes or transcript you still need.

  6. If you used the built-in recorder and want the local audio file, also check Recordings before deleting anything.

If you are part of a team, your dashboard still shows your own uploads. Deleting a meeting from your account does not delete another teammate’s uploads.

If you do not see delete controls for a meeting you believe should be in your account, contact support with your account email and the meeting title.
