Getting Started with MinutesGenerator

This guide tells you how to generate meeting minutes. It shows how to upload a recording of a meeting and then download minutes.

Step 1: Upload a recording of your meeting

  1. Click the box in the middle of the screen

  2. Select your meeting recording (can be a video, audio, or transcript file)

Step 2: Our system makes a transcript and meeting minutes

  1. Wait a few minutes for our system to handle your recording.

  2. Your transcript will be on the left side of the screen

  3. Your meeting minutes will be on the right side of the screen.

Step 3: Label speaker names in the transcript

  1. You can label speakers in the transcript by clicking on them

  2. Speaker names in the meeting minutes will update automatically

  3. Our system remembers speaker's voices across meetings, so you only need to do this once!

Step 4: Download your meeting minutes

  1. Click "Export" in the top right corner to download your meeting minutes as a Word document

  2. You can also download your transcript. Or copy the contents to your clipboard and paste it manually.

(OPTIONAL) Step 5: Regenerate your Minutes with Feedback

  1. If you have large changes you want to make to your minutes, you can regenerate with feedback.

  2. For example: "Include more direct quotes in the final meeting minutes".

  3. Do this by clicking "Regenerate" in the meeting minutes toolbar in the top right.

  4. This will make a new version of your meeting minutes.
