Use Recording Tools when a recording needs cleanup before minutes are generated.
Open Recording Tools from the left toolbar.
Click Select recordings.
Add one or more audio or video files.
Use the timeline to split long recordings or combine files from the same meeting.
Rename each output recording.
Attach an agenda if you have one.
Click Generate minutes for all when everything is ready.
This is useful for back-to-back meetings, closed session pauses, or any meeting captured across multiple files.
