Getting a refund

This article explains our refund policy and how to get a refund

We offer refunds if our customers are not satisfied with their meeting minutes within 14 days of purchasing a subscription. We may (and have) offered refunds even outside that 14 day window.

We want our customers to have a great experience with MinutesGenerator. If you are not satisfied, then we are not satisfied either.

If you need to request a refund, here is how:

  1. Click on the chat button in the bottom right corner of the screen

  2. Click "send us a message"

  3. Write a brief explanation of why you want a refund

  4. A customer support agent will handle your request
