The built-in recorder saves audio on the device and browser where the recording was made.
On the same computer and browser you used to record, open Recordings.
If recordings are listed, download the recording you need.
If the original minutes job failed, return to the dashboard and upload the downloaded recording again.
Add the agenda again during the retry if you have one.
If no recordings appear, check that you are using the same browser profile and device where the recording was created.
If the recording is still missing, message support with the meeting date, browser, device, and what happened.
Recordings stored locally may not follow you to another device, so download important recordings before switching computers.
